(The handling of personal information obtained after registration for mond and entering the personal information in a form)

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, usage, sharing, and protection of personal and other information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information") obtained by Howtelecivion, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") after applicants registered with mond and filling in forms on mond. Users of mond (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") may use mond only if they agree to this Privacy Policy.

The Company promises that it will place emphasis on and respect the protection of Users' privacy. This Privacy Policy aims to enhance the transparency of the Users' privacy and protect the Users' rights by explaining how the Company collects, uses, shares, and protects the Personal Information and how the Users may correct and delete the Personal Information in relation to mond.

In addition to this Privacy Policy, the Company will handle the Users' personal information in accordance with the Company's other policies, namely Declaration on Personal Information Protection Declaration and Announcement of Personal Information Protection Policy. If there is any discrepancy between this Privacy Policy and the Company's other policies, the provisions of this Private Policy shall prevail.

4. How Users can change their consent on the use of the Personal Information

The Users may, at any time, access my page on mond (hereinafter referred to as the "Mypage") and verify the information that the Users have provided. In addition, the Users may stop the Company from using the information that the Users have provided (with the exception of the username) by accessing the Mypage and correcting or deleting such information (the Company will continue to use the corrected information). If the Users do not provide the information as prescribed in the column marked 'Information items' of the above Section 3, title 'Purpose of Use of the Personal Information' the Users may not use all or a part of mond.

The Users may stop the Company from using the information prescribed in the column marked 'Information items' of the above Section 3, title 'Purpose of Use of the Personal Information' after withdrawing from the service.

With regard to the information provided by the Users up to the time of correction or deletion of such information or withdrawal from the service, the Company may, pursuant to relevant laws and internal rules, use such information for the purpose of marketing research, statistics, and analysis; and if such information can identify the individual, the Company may mask such information.

5. Provision to Third Party

(1) The Company, within the scope prescribed in the above Section 3 title 'Purpose of Use of the Personal Information' and by announcing on mond, may disclose and provide the Personal Information obtained from the Users to third parties.

(2) In addition to what is provided for in the preceding item, the Company will not provide any Personal Information to any third party without the prior consent of the Users, except in the following cases:

a. Cases where provision of the Personal Information is based on laws and regulations
b. Cases in which there is a need to protect the life, well-being, or property of an individual, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person owning the Personal Information
c. Cases in which there is a special need to improve public well-being or promote healthy child development, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person owning the Personal Information
d. Cases in which there is a need to cooperate with a national government organ, local government, or person entrusted thereby with performing the functions prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the person owning the Personal Information is likely to interfere with the performance of those functions
e. Cases which are permitted by laws and regulations

(3) Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding item, the Company may provide the Personal Information handled by the Company, to the extent that such information does not identify a specific individual, to third parties who are the company's affiliates, for the purpose of providing mond which is tailored individualistic to the Uses' interests (including but not limited to the posting of inquiries and replies on mond, advertisement distribution in relation to mond, pop-up notification, and sending e-mails).

6. Entrustment of the Handling of the Personal Information

The Company may entrust a third party with work related to the handling of personal information only within the scope prescribed in Section 3 titled 'Purpose of Use of the Personal Information' for business operation. In such a case, the Company will select a third party with high standards for the protection of personal information, conclude a contract regarding the proper management of personal information and non-disclosure agreement with such third party, and cause such third party to take appropriate management.

7. Request for the Disclosure of the Personal Information

The Users may request for the disclosure of their own personal information (including, notification and disclosure of the purpose of use, correction, addition, deletion of the content of the personal information, suspension of use, erasure, or termination of provision to a third party) by contacting the Company's inquiry desk detailed below. When the Users make such a request, the Company will verify the Users' identity and respond to such request within a reasonable period.

8. Voluntariness of the Provision of Personal Information

The provision of personal information to the Company is at the discretion of the Users. However, if the Users do not provide the Company with the necessary information, the Company may not provide the Users with appropriate service or response.

9. Cookie Policy (The handling of information on users concerning external transmission)

（1）Use of Cookies

The Company may use Cookie and other similar technologies on mond.

（2）What is a Cookie?

A Cookie is the industrial standard technology which enables web servers to identify the Users' computers (internet-connectable devices such as PCs, smartphones, tablet devices, or other devices) when the Users access a website. Cookie is able to identify the computers used by the Users, but not the identity of the Users. A Cookie function can be disabled by changing the browser setting; however, all or a part of mond may become unavailable.

（3）Primary Services and Purpose of Use

The Company uses Cookie or the like to automatically collect and use information on the terminal identifier, the user identifier, the viewed webpage in relation to mond, the URL and identifier of content, and the date and time that the website was browsed for the purpose of providing the Users with mond and functions (including functions works in tandem with external services) and to improve performance and services by analyzing the usage of mond. By continuing to use mond, the Users agree that the Company may use such information for the achievement of such purposes.

In addition, information, such as the terminal identifier, the device information (OS, browser type, version or others), IP address, the title of the viewed website in relation to mond, URL, date and time when the website was browed, activity record in mond, websites that the Users were browsing just before browsing the webpage in relation to mond, credentials, the user identifier, date and time of log-in, transaction data about online payment in relation to mond, may be provided to the following service provides in order to analyze the Users' usage of mond, to improve performance, to improve services, to provide user authentication function, and/or to provide functions (including online payment function). By continuing to use mond, the Users agree that the relevant service providers may use such information for the achievement of such purposes.

The Users may stop the Company from providing the information to such service providers with opt-out procedures set by such service providers. The Company may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time and will notify or make an announcement to the Users of any material change.
