  6. Consideration for Service

    1. Fees concerning collection agency service related to reward for the Super-Letter, the value of the Super-Gift, and fee for the Membership.

      Ten percent (10%) (including consumption tax) of the amount of the reward paid by a provider of Super-Letter (hereinafter referred to as the "SL-Provider") to a receiver of Super-Letter (hereinafter referred to as the "SL-Receiver"), the amount of gift paid by a provider of the Super-Gift (hereinafter referred to as the "SG-Provider") to a receiver of the Super-Gift (hereinafter referred to as the "SG-Receiver"), and the fee for the Membership paid by a member of the Membership (hereinafter referred to as the "MS-Member") to an organizer of the Membership (hereinafter referred to as the "MS-Organizer").
    2. Fee for the transaction of reward, the amount of gift, the MS-Fee, and the money from other registered users to be remitted to the bank account of the SL-Receiver, the SG-Receiver, and the MS-Organizer from the payment account or bank account created by the SL-Receiver, the SG-Receiver, or the MS-Organizer on a third party's settlement service specified by the Company.

  7. Money to be borne by the user of the service, other than the consideration for the services and the products

    Cost and expenses for electronic devices (such as PCs, smartphones, and tablet computers), communication fee required for the use of the internet with the electronic devices, the fee to be paid to internet providers, and other necessary fees for the use of the internet.

  8. Launch date of services and products

    By the end of the month following the month when the contract concerning the Super-Letter is executed between the SL-Provider and the SL-Receiver, the month when the contract concerning the Super-Gift is executed between the SG-Provider and the SG-Receiver, or the month when the contract concerning the Membership is executed between the MS-Member and the MS-Organizer.

  9. Special conditions for providing services

    If there are any special conditions for providing services, such conditions shall be displayed on each service and product page.

  10. How to make a payment

    The consideration for services is paid after deducting the amount of consideration from reward money received by the Company on behalf of the SL-Receiver from the SL-Provider, the amount of gift received by the Company on behalf of the SG-Receiver from the SG-Provider, and the MS-Fee received by the Company on behalf of the MS-Organizer from the MS-Member.

  11. Payment due date of consideration

    (i) At the time the Company receives the reward from the SL-Provider, on behalf of the SL-Provider, (ii) At the time the Company receives the gift from the SG-Provider, on behalf of the SG-Receiver, or (iii) At the time the Company receives the MS-Fee from the MS-Member, on behalf of the MS-Organizer.

  12. Matters related to application for withdrawal of service or the cancellation of the service agreement

    The Company accepts no cancellation and makes no refund at the convenience of the SL-Receiver, the SG-Receiver, or the MS-Organizer after payment of the consideration for services or products has been made.
