Yoshi Yamaguchi:As of Feb 2023, Flutter is not supporting TypeScript officially. Though there's a 3rd party tool called "Hydro-SDK" is trying to achieve it, it is internally converting TypeScript code into Dart, which means it should introduce extra overhead.
